Spark consortium signs contract to deliver the North East Link Primary Package PPP
Capella Capital today announced that the Spark consortium has signed a contract to finance, design, construct, maintain and operate the North East Link Primary Package PPP being the major component of the broader North East Link Project.
Capella is pleased to have advised ALTRAC Light Rail and its equity investors Aware Super, John Laing Investments Ltd and Acciona Concesiones S.L. on the successful refinancing of the Sydney Light Rail PPP which reached financial close on July 2021.
